ONCE THE ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED YOU WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL.
Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing, pending availability and credit card verification.Â
You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order is ready for shipment. Please note that we do have items on pre-order/ back-order and all shipping timelines are from the date of the shipment, not date of order.
PLEASE NOTE DELAYS MAY OCCUR SLOWING THE SHIPPING PROCESS DOWN DURING PEAK PERIODS, HOLIDAYS, AND SALES.
GORD'S not responsible for items lost, damaged or stolen in transit. All risks associated are assumed by the courier.
All items marked as final sale are not eligible for cancellation, return or exchange.
International orders
GORD'S SHIPS WORLDWIDE VIA DHL, OR FED-EX INTERNATIONAL. Please email us if you HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR COUNTRY.
The customer is responsible for all customs, duties, taxes, and fees upon delivery. Any that refuse packages because of duties and taxes will be issued store-credit. Additionally, you will be charged for the return back to our office and the shipping fee back to the destination intended.
All international returns customers are responsible for shipping back to us, and back to your destination. All items will be sent back as returned goods to avoid any additional duties and taxes.
